Company History

As with many companies, Harmony first started as an idea. In this case, the idea behind the Harmony Buckle™ was to offer a sturdy, reliable, easy to use, durable, and aesthetically pleasing alternative to existing plastic buckles. The original idea was to design a belt with a unique buckle that would be marketed to the beach/active lifestyle market. In the spring of 1987, the design for the original Harmony Buckle was perfected, and patents applied for. We've been in business since 1989. Harmony has always kept the Harmony Buckle proprietary, and we've only sold it as part of a final product. By sourcing out custom webbings and hardware to combine with our unique buckle, we are able to create truly exclusive products, which we market to many different niche markets. As we near our 10th anniversary, we are working harder than ever to continue the evolution of our product line to meet the needs of our dealers and loyal customers.
